" BATTERIES Your ST-5000 timepiece has two batteries. The time function is powered by (1) 371 battery and the compass is powered by (1) CR2032 battery. Battery change should be performed by a qualified technician who should also check the condition of the gaskets and the o-ring at the same time. Battery is not covered by the warranty. SET THE DECLINATION (FROM STANDBY MODE) See below* for declination explanation. RED lights signal the calibration was unsuccessful and MUST BE REDONE.
