Your own announcement message or advisory message can only be recorded via the handset. a Press and hold (idle status). Please note: If none of the handsets share an MSN with the answer machine, the answer machine list (page 31) is not displayed on any handset. In this case, you can make answer machine settings via the answer machine menu on all handsets.
