USB Mouse/Keyboard Support Set to Enabled if your need to use an USB mouse/keyboard in the operating system that does not support or have any USB driver installed, such as DOS and SCO Unix. Block mode is also called block transfer, multiple commands or multiple sector read/write. Enabled enables IDE controller to use block mode; Disabled allows the controller to use standard mode. Floppy Controller The item is used to enable or disable the onboard Floppy controller. Select Enabled when you have installed a floppy disk drive and want to use it. Serial Port A/B The items specify the base I/O port address and IRQ for the onboard Serial Port A (COM A)/Serial Port B (COM B). Selecting Auto allows BIOS to automatically determine the correct base I/O port address. Serial Port B Mode The field allows you to specify the operation mode for serial port "COM B". Settings are: IrDA : IrDA-compliant Serial Infrared Port ASKIR : Amplitude Shift Keyed Infrared Port Normal: RS-232C Serial Port RxD, TxD Active The item determines the active of RxD, TxD. Settings are "Hi, Hi", "Hi, Lo", "Lo, Hi" and "Lo, Lo". IR Transmission Delay The field enables or disables IR transmission delay function.
