[. . . ] (Copy Track 2) 3 Select "InsTrack" (insert blank space). 7 Execute the editing operation. When the display asks "InsOK?, " press the [CURSOR] right key to execute the operation. When the blank has been inserted, the display will indicate "Finish!" 8 Press the [PLAY] key to play back, and verify that the operation occurred as you intended. You can press the [UNDO] key to return to the state prior to executing. (p. 21) Erase Track ­ erasing a track This operation erases the specified region (In­Out) of recorded track data. When you erase the region, the data in that region will change to silence. Operation In Out DestTrk DestTrk Blank As an example, here's how to erase the In­Out region of track 1. Select "ErsTrack. " Then press the [CURSOR] right key. 7 Execute the operation. When the display asks "ErsOK?, " press the [CURSOR] right key to execute the operation. When the data has been erased, the display will indicate "Finish!" 8 Press the [PLAY] key to play back, and verify that the operation occurred as you intended. You can press the [UNDO] key to return to the state prior to executing. (p. 21) Delete Track ­ deleting a track This operation deletes the specified region (In­Out) of the recorded track data. (p. 21) As an example, here's how the In­Out region of track 1 can be converted (without changing the pitch) to the length of the To­End region of track 2, and copied there three times. [. . . ] To increase the number of free events, use "DelV-Trk" (p. 49) to delete unneeded tracks. Marks "­" and "00" cannot be erased. If another mark is displayed, press the [STOP] key to stop the recorder, and then erase the mark. RecSave? Do you want to save the recording as long as there is space on the card? This will be displayed after the "CardFull" warning is displayed. Select "Yes" to save the recording on the card, or "No" to discard the recording and not save it.
