The IC-M421 VHF MARINE TRANSCEIVER is designed and built with Icom's state of the art technology and craftsmanship. SAVE THIS INSTRUCTION MANUAL -- This instruction manual contains important operating instructions for the IC-M421. When you input 1st digit `0' and other 8 digits, the ID is automatically registered as a group ID.
