When the master loads the File Select, it establishes the Bus connection to the slaves. · ES-Slave: The DMT-8VL will ignore its own panel controls. It only accepts ES-Bus commands and performs as ES-Slave. Load Song Command issued. When no such file is found, it will cancel the Bus connection. · ES-Master: The DMT-8VL will accept its own panel controls and also send ES-Bus commends to all the ESSlave machines. Instant Locate Command issued. When set to ES-Slave with the ES-Bus connection established, the LCD screen will show "ES-Slave". Likewise, when set to ES-Master, the LCD screen will show "ES-Master".
