Caution: The user of this product should exercise
caution when moving the cart.  [. . . ] It may be installed on the middle shelf or the front or rear panels of the cabinet. Pass the screw heads through the bottom shelf keyholes and slide down. Mount the Rack Rail to the Brackets located on the bottom and middle shelf. Press each black plastic tab towards the Laptop Shelf and pull Shelf out. Install one Rack Rail Mount Bracket on top of bottom shelf and one on underside of middle shelf. Position the Angle with the curved corner nearest the Rack Rails and secure to Brackets. Use this Angle by cable tying electrical cords to it.

7. Secure the Hanging Brackets to the back of the flat panel display utilizing all of the fastener points recommended by the flat panel manufacturer.  [. . . ] Use extreme caution if you must adjust the height with the flat panel display in place.  [. . . ]
