In case of damage, it should be sent to the Customer Service Department near you. A damaged mains lead may only be replaced with a similar cable by a qualified electrician as special tools are needed. Using the machine for the first time Before leaving the factory, the blades are coated with grease. We accept a guarantee period of 24 months for the appliance we have sold from the date of purchase (receipt). During this period we will repair any defects in the appliance or its accessories *) without charge, provided that these defects are due to material or manufacturing faults. Guarantee services neither extend the guarantee period nor do they provide a valid claim to a new guarantee. In the event of a guarantee claim, please return the entire appliance in the original packaging together with the receipt to your dealer.
