Clearing the Contents of All Memories Ans memory, independent memory, and variable contents are retained even if you press A, change the calculation mode, or turn off the calculator. PreAns memory contents are retained even if you press A and turn off the calculator without exiting the COMP Mode. Perform the following procedure when you want to clear the contents of all memories. !9(CLR)2(Memory)=(Yes) Prime Factorization In the COMP Mode, you can factor a positive integer up to 10 digits into prime factors up to three digits. To perform prime factorization on 1014 1014 = !e(FACT) When you perform prime factorization on a value that includes a factor that is prime number with more than three digits, the part that cannot be factored will be enclosed in parentheses on the display. Remainder Calculations You can use the ÷R function in order to obtain the quotient and remainder in a division calculation.
