K879PCM1DKX INTRODUCTION INTRODUCTION Unpacking Check to make sure that all of the items shown below are included with your camera. [. . . ] If you turn the camera off while in the BESTSHOT mode, all settings except for "REC Mode" and "Zoom Position" will be configured according to the BESTSHOT sample scene when you turn it back on again, regardless of mode memory on/off settings. · If you turn the camera off while in the Movie mode, the flash will be turned off " " when you turn the camera back on again, regardless of the mode memory on/off setting for the flash. 4. Select the "Set Up" tab, select "Reset", and then press [ ]. 3. Use [ ] and [ ] to select "Reset", and then press [SET]. · To cancel the procedure without resetting, select "Cancel" and press [SET]. 107 PLAYBACK PLAYBACK 2. Use [ ] (forward) or [ ] (back) to scroll through files on the monitor screen. You can use the camera's built-in monitor screen to view images after you record them. Basic Playback Operation Use the following procedure to scroll through files stored in the camera's memory. Press [ ] (PLAY) to turn on the camera. [ ] · This enters the PLAY mode and causes an image or a message to appear on the monitor screen. While holding down the shutter button, press [SET]. · This flips the image 180 degrees. The histogram or any other display information you had displayed is cleared automatically whenever you flip the image. · While an image is flipped, you can use [ ] and [ ] to scroll to another image, if you want. 3. To return the image to its normal orientation, press any button other than [ ], [ ], [ ], or [ ]. Shutter button IMPORTANT!· Note that you cannot play a movie, or a voice recording file on the monitor screen while a flipped image is displayed.
