To get the most out of your purchase, be sure to carefully read this manual and keep it on hand for later reference when necessary. Expose the watch to bright light to charge its battery before using it. You can use this watch even as its battery is being charged by exposure to bright light. When the Auto DST setting is turned on, the watch switches between Standard Time and DST (summer time) automatically in accordance with the received time signal. · The default DST setting is Auto DST (AUtO) whenever you select LON, PAR, BER, or ATH as your Home City code. · If you experience problems receiving the time calibration signal in your area, it is probably best to switch between Standard Time and Daylight Saving Time (summer time) manually.
