[. . . ] TX3010, Voice Operated Muting Module Installation Instructions Thank you for choosing an Australian Monitor Installation Series TX3010 voice operated mute module. [. . . ] For installation into an SA series amplifier: Locate the 8 pin `end' connector found on the mixer PCB between input gain pots for Ch 2 and Ch 3 on the mixer PCB. This `end' connector is divided into separate parts consisting of 5 pins and 3 pins. Connect the module to this receptacle, ensuring that the wires from the connector exit towards the right hand side of the amplifier when looking from the front panel. For installation into a TX6000 or TX8000 mixer: Locate the 8 pin `end' connector found on the mixer PCB behind the input gain pot for Ch 1 on the mixer PCB. This `end' connector is divided into two separate parts consisting of 5 pins and 3 pins. Connect the module to this receptacle, ensuring that the wires from the connector exit towards the right hand side of the mixer when looking from the front panel. Connections Connection to amplifier: White Yellow Red Black Purple Output Input DC Supply (Min. 18VDC) Ground Signal Detection NOTES: Note that the trim pot located on the module adjusts the sensitivity of the incoming signal to the TX3010.
