Routine Maintenance Cleaning the Interior NSF Certified Temperature Gauge This appliance is equipped with an NSF certified temperature gauge to display cabinet internal temperature. The temperature gauge is located on the top right side of the evaporator housing inside the unit. Be sure to turn the temperature control to "OFF" and unplug the electrical cord.
