You should back up all data on your system before calling the ACER Customer Care Center. For In-home service, you must provide: access to the product; adequate working space and facilities within a reasonable distance of the product; access to and use of all information and facilities determined necessary by ACER to service the product; and operating supplies and consumables such as you would use during normal operation. When service is being performed in-home, you or your representative, 18 years of age or older, must be present at all times. You must state if the product is being used in an environment which poses a potential health hazard to repair personnel; ACER may require that the product be maintained by customer personnel under direct ACER supervision. ACER may also refuse to provide In-home service in special circumstances and will provide an alternative repair method such as Carry-in repair. 4 Obtaining Hardware Warranty Repair Service For the duration of the one-year parts and labor warranty, repair service includes Customer-replaceable Parts services, Carry-in services and In-home services as described below. To obtain hardware warranty service, call the ACER Customer Care Center. The time it takes to repair your computer will vary based upon location and circumstances. The phone agent can supply more details. END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT PLEASE READ CAREULLY BEFORE USING THIS EQUIPMENT: This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between (a) you (either an individual or a single entity) and (b) Hewlett-Packard Company ("ACER") that governs your use of any Software Product, installed on or made available by ACER for use with your ACER product ("ACER Product"), that is not otherwise subject to a separate license agreement between you and ACER or its suppliers. The term "Software Product" means computer software and may include associated media, printed materials and "online" or electronic documentation. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ACER AND ITS SUPPLIERS PROVIDE THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT "AS IS" AND WITH ALL FAULTS, AND HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF TITLE AND NONINFRINGEMENT, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, DUTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND OF LACK OF VIRUSES ALL WITH REGARD TO THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
